Safe Harbor was founded in the spring of 2001 for the purpose of making the government mandated interlock process as straight forward, inexpensive, and easy for the consumer as possible. Before Safe Harbor, there were an insufficient number of suppliers of these devices to meet the demand. Our entrance has helped to insure that a sufficient number of these devices is available to all those in need.
Since opening we have consistently offered our customers the highest level of service, care and the lowest prices you will find anywhere, guaranteed. For this reason alone we have grown to be the largest distributor of interlock devices in Arizona. We work carefully with several different parties to improve overall knowledge, and quality of our products. Some of the parties that we work with on a daily basis include the DMV, our community, law enforcement, the state government, and of course our customers. We are constantly researching information on the interlock device and the DUI process to make your experience with this device as small a burden to the consumer as possible.
At Safe Harbor, you will never be left alone with a question or need for technical support. If you have an emergency, our telephone lines are open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We also have regular office hours to schedule service and check out appointments at your convenience. Our Scottsdale office is staffed full time and our five other sites (Flagstaff, Tucson, Globe, Yuma, and Prescott) are visited on a regular basis so you don’t have to take a lot of time driving all over town to get your device serviced.
